摘要
针对高速铁路松散软土地基沉降控制难题,本文以某客运专线工程为例,系统探讨CFG桩复合地基加固技术的应用效果。通过现场勘察与参数分析,揭示了松散软土的高压缩性、低承载力等特性,其未加固时总沉降量达286.847 mm,远超规范限值。基于此,提出CFG桩加固方案,结合复合模量法计算表明,加固区沉降量仅为11.26 mm,工后沉降满足15 mm的设计要求。通过单桩静载试验验证,桩基承载力特征值达971 kN,荷载-沉降曲线(P-S)呈现缓慢变形特征,最大位移12.28 mm,沉降-对数时间曲线(S-LGT)斜率稳定,表明桩-土协同作用良好,可为类似工程提供重要参考。
To address the settlement control challenges of loose soft soil foundations in high-speed railway projects,this paper systematically investigates the application effectiveness of CFG pile composite foundation reinforcement technology through a case study of a passenger dedicated line.Field investigations and parameter analysis reveal the characteristics of loose soft soils,including high compressibility and low bearing capacity,without reinforcement,the total settlement reaches 286.847 mm,significantly exceeding code specifications.Consequently,a CFG pile reinforcement scheme is proposed,calculations based on the composite modulus method demonstrate that the reinforced zone exhibits a settlement of merely 11.26 mm,with post-construction settlement satisfying the design requirement of 15 mm.Static load tests on single piles confirm a characteristic bearing capacity of 971 kN,the load-settlement(P-S)curve displays a gentle deformation characteristic,with maximum displacement measuring 12.28 mm,the stable slope of the settlement-logarithmic time(S-LGT)curve indicates effective pile-soil interaction,these findings provide important references for analogous engineering projects.
