摘要
目的:研究金莲花的化学成分及其对腺样体的影响。方法:金莲花提取物经硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶分离,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。采用MTT法测试化合物抑制腺样体肥大细胞的活性。结果:从金莲花中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为:pinocembrin(1)、isoagatholal(2)、异丁香酚甲醚(3)、atractylochromene(4)、黑麦草内酯(5)、丁香酸(6)、香草醛(7)、3,4-二甲氧基桂皮酸(8)、2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(9)、高圣草酚(10)、5-羟基-3,7,4′-甲氧基黄酮(11)、5-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基-4-甲基黄酮(12)、6-去甲氧基茵陈色原酮(13)、berchemol(14)、对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(15)、香草酸(16)、violanthin(17)、meridinol(18)、spathulenol(19)、morusinhydroperoxide(20)。结论:其中,化合物2、14、17、18、20为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其他化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物14具有显著的抑制腺样体肥大细胞增殖活性。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Trollius chinensis and the effects on adenoids.Methods:The extract of Trollius chinensis was isolatied by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The inhibitory activity of the compounds on adenoid mast cells was tested by MTT assay.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Trollius chinensis and identified as pinocembrin(1),isoagatholal(2),isoeugenol methyl ether(3),atractylochromene(4),loliolide(5),syringic acid(6),vanillin(7),3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid(8),2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate(9),homophenol(10),5-hydroxy-3,7,4'-methoxy-flavonoids(11),5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxy-4-methylflavone(12),6-demethoxy-inanthone(13),berchemol(14),methyl p-hydroxycinnamate(15),vanillic acid(16),violanthin(17),meridinol(18),spathulenol(19),morusinhydroperoxide(20),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,14,17,18,20 are isolated from Trrollius genus for the first time,other compounds are isolated from Trollius chinensis for the first time,compound 14 has significant inhibitory activity on adenoid mast cell proliferation.
