中医药院校劳动教育与思政教育协同育人路径探索

Exploration of collaborative education path between labor education and ideological and political education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities

摘要 新时代背景下,劳动教育与思政教育的协同育人是落实“立德树人”根本任务的创新实践。当前中医药传承创新面临人才实践能力不足、职业价值认同薄弱等问题,亟须通过劳动教育与思政教育的深度融合,构建具有中医药特色的协同育人体系。中医药院校在协同机制、资源整合、评价体系构建等方面存在一定的提升空间。北京中医药大学立足实践探索,构建“四维一体”协同育人实践路径。通过机制协同,打造制度保障、资源整合、主体联动的“三位一体”育人格局,形成专业教师、思政教师、辅导员合力。通过课程协同,创建“思政引领、专业赋能、文化浸润、兴趣驱动”四维融合课程体系,实现显隐教育协同。通过实践协同,实施不同年级的“三阶递进”育人模式,精准匹配人才培养阶段。通过评价协同,建立学生劳动能力成长与教师育人成效相结合的“双向激励”考核机制。通过从机制、课程、实践、评价四维构建协同路径,以期为中医药院校实现“劳动树德、专业启智、文化润心”的育人目标提供理论参考和实践范式,助力健康中国战略下复合型中医药人才培养。 Under the background of the new era,collaborative education of labor education and ideological and political education is an innovative practice to implement the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating people”.At present,the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine is facing problems such as the lack of talents’practical ability,and the weak recognition of professional value,it is urgent to build a collaborative education system with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics through the deep integration of labor education and ideological and political education.There is a certain room for improvement in the collaborative mechanism,resource integration,evaluation system construction and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.Based on practical exploration,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has constructed a“four-dimensional integration”collaborative education practice path.Through institutional coordination,create a“trinity”education pattern of system guarantee,resource integration,and subject linkage,and form the joint efforts of professional teachers,ideological and political teachers and counselors.Through curriculum collaboration,create a four-dimensional integrated curriculum system of“ideological and political guidance,professional empowerment,cultural infiltration,and interest driven”to achieve the synergy of explicit and implicit education.Through practical collaboration,“three-level progressive”education mode of different grades is implemented to accurately match the talent training stage.Through evaluation coordination,“two-way incentive”assessment mechanism combining the growth of students’labor ability,and the effectiveness of teachers’education should be established.Through the construction of collaborative path from the four dimensions of mechanism,curriculum,practice and evaluation,it is expected to provide theoretical reference and practical paradigm for traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities to achieve the educational goal of“moral cultivation through labor,professional enlightenment,and cultural enrichment”,and help cultivate compound traditional Chinese medicine talents under healthy China strategy.
