摘要
医学人才成才的规律，主要是由医学劳动的特性所决定的，而医学劳动的特性是一种以人的健康为研究和工作对象的特殊劳动。医学劳动具有４个特性，即医学劳动的社会性、医学劳动的探索性、医学劳动的精确性和医学劳动的协作性。研究这些特性，有助于加速造就高素质医学人才的成长。
The law of medical professional development is mainly based on characteristice of medical labor. Medical labor is a special one that takes human health as the object of research and work. Medical labor has four characteristics, which are sociality、explorativeness、accurateness and cooperativeness. Studying these characteristics will help bring up qualified medical professionals quickly.
