构建与实施脑血管病模块化教学体系:结合智能工具与现代教育理念

摘要 脑血管病是一类影响全球人类健康的重要疾病,其高发病率和致残、致死率对患者健康和社会医疗服务体系构成巨大挑战。对脑血管病的重视与投入使得该领域诊疗进展较快,因此随着脑血管病领域的发展和临床需求的变化,继续采用传统的医学教育模式,必然面临需要适应多学科知识交叉发展的挑战。为了应对这一挑战,模块化教学体系作为一种创新教育方法应运而生,它能够系统化、结构化地有效整合多学科内容,提高学习者对脑血管病的综合分析和临床决策能力。该文探讨了脑血管病知识模块化教学体系的构建与实施,结合当前人工智能技术和知识管理工具的进展,重点分析了模块化教学的理论基础、课程设计、实施策略及评估方法;还结合知识组块和人工智能大语言模型,旨在为住院医师规范化培训提供新的教学思路,以建立更有效的教学体系。 Cerebrovascular diseases(CVDs)are a group of diseases affecting the health of the global population,and their high incidence,death rate and disability rate pose a great challenge for patient health and social medical service system.With the development of medical science and the changes in clinical needs,the traditional medical education model in the field of CVDs faces a great challenge in keeping up with the advancement of multidisciplinary knowledge.To cope with this challenge,a modular teaching system has emerged as a more systematic and structured teaching method that efficiently integrates multidisciplinary knowledge and enhances clinical decision making ability and comprehensive understanding of CVDs.This article addresses the development and implementation of a modular teaching system for CVDs in the light of the current advances in artificial intelligence technology and knowledge management tools,and focuses on the theoretical basis,curriculum design,implementation strategies and evaluation methods of modular teaching.In addition,this article combines knowledge blocks with artificial intelligence large language modeling,aiming to provide a more effective teaching system for standardized residency training.
