摘要
目的 分析蠲痹逐瘀法对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年2月江苏省新沂市人民医院收治的100例类风湿关节炎(寒湿痹阻型)患者,按照治疗方法的不同分成两组,每组50例;对照组给予甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特片治疗,治疗组加用中医蠲痹逐瘀法治疗,比较两组患者治疗优良率、中医证候积分、症状改善时间、炎性因子指标。结果 治疗组治疗优良率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021)。治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分、C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率、类风湿因子、关节液中基质金属蛋白酶-3水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的治疗中开展中药联合蠲痹逐瘀法治疗的有效性较高,能改善患者各项实验室理化指标,减轻患者的疼痛症状,缩短病程。
Objective To analyze the effect of Juanbi Zhuyu method in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(colddampness obstruction type)admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate combined with leflunomide tablets,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Juanbi Zhuyu method.The excellent and good rate of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,symptom improvement time and inflammatory factor index were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the treatment group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor and matrix metalloproteinase-3 in synovial fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Western medicine and Juanbi Zhuyu method is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type.It can improve the laboratory physical and chemical indicators of patients,reduce the pain symptoms of patients,and shorten the course of disease.
