摘要
查阅相关文献,分别从中药提取物、中药复方、中医外治疗法、中西医联合治疗几个方面对近年来中医药基于血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)信号通路干预治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的实验及临床研究进展进行概述,从而为RA的临床治疗及新药研发提供参考。虽然近年来中医药基于VEGF信号通路干预治疗RA的相关研究较多,但研究深度不够。今后应进一步加强对信号通路的研究,对探明RA病因、明确中医药治疗RA的作用机制具有重要意义。
Referring to the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the experimental and clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)based on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)signal pathway in recent years from the aspects of Chinese materia medica(CMM)extract,CMM compound,TCM external treatment and combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,so as to provide references for the clinical treatment of RA and the research and development of new medicinals.Although there are many related studies on the intervention of TCM in the treatment of RA based on VEGF signaling pathway in recent years,the research depth is not enough.In the future,we should further strengthen the research on signal pathway,which is of great significance to explore the etiology of RA and clarify the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of it.
