摘要
目前,饲料企业处于高质量发展阶段,人力资源考核评价体系构建成为推动企业转型升级的关键支撑。面对配方技术创新、养殖服务升级、安全监管强化的多重驱动要求,企业应从研发人员的专业技能、技术服务能力、安全管控责任3个维度构建差异化评价机制。通过产学研协同、产业链联动、全程监管等路径的系统推进,使考核评价体系与高质量发展要求深度契合,为饲料行业供给侧结构性改革提供制度保障。
At present,feed enterprises are in the stage of high-quality development,and the construction of human resource assessment and rating systems has become a key support for promoting transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Faced with the multiple driving requirements of formula technology innovation,breeding service upgrading,and safety supervision strengthening,enterprises should establish differentiated evaluation mechanisms from three dimensions:R&D personnel's professional skills,technical service capabilities,and safety management responsibilities.Through systematic advancement of paths such as industry-university-research collaboration,industrial chain linkage,and whole-process supervision,the assessment and rating system can be deeply aligned with high-quality development requirements,providing institutional guarantees for supply-side structural reform in the feed industry.
