摘要
本试验分别选择3周龄断奶的长白仔猪3窝和长×太仔猪4窝,每窝仔猪按配对试验分为2组并在仔猪断奶后第一周分别饲喂加工和未加工的饲粮,重点考察仔猪饲粮加工对两个不同品种仔猪生产性能的影响。在仔猪断奶后第二周,各组仔猪均饲喂同一饲粮以考察前期饲粮加工处理对仔猪生产性能的后续效应。根据加工饲粮的尿素酶活性、胰蛋白酶抑制活性、蛋白质溶解度、蛋白质分散指数及淀粉糊化度等指标,综合确定饲粮的适宜加工条件为料水比1∶2,经121 ̄126℃(0.10 ̄0.15MPa)处理3min。试验结果表明,不同品种仔猪断奶早期的生产性能存在较大差异,饲粮加工可以较大程度地提高仔猪断奶早期尤其是断奶后第一周的生产性能,且长白仔猪生产性能的提高程度大于长×太仔猪。
To study the effects of feed processing on the performance of piglets in the early period after weaning, 3 litters of Landrace piglets and 4 litters of Landrace × Taihu piglets weaned at the age of 3 weeks were pairly fed with the processed and unprocessed diet containing ESM respectively in the first week.In the second week,all the piglets were fed with the same diet to study the sequent effects of previous treatments.According to the urease activity, trypsin inhibitor activity (TIA),protein solubility (PS),protein dispersibility index (PDI) and degree of starch gelatinization (SG) detected before and after processing,the optimal processing condition was that diet with feed/water of 1:2 was heated at 121-126 ℃ (0.10 - 0.15 MPa)for 3 minutes.The results showed that there were great differences in performance between the two varieties of pigs.Feed processing led to a great improvement of the performance of piglets in the early period,especially in the first week after weaning, and there were greater improvement of Landrace piglets than that of Landrace × Taihu piglets.
