摘要
目的:探索我国青少年非自杀性自伤意念的特点,编制适用于我国青少年的非自杀性自伤意念量表并检验其信度与效度。方法:通过文献分析与专家讨论拟订访谈提纲,选取14名受访者进行一对一半结构化访谈,使用MAXQDA软件对访谈文本进行质性分析后以确定初始量表的项目;通过网络与线下渠道收取共556份问卷,对结果进行项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、内部一致性信度检验。结果:青少年非自杀性自伤意念量表共24个条目,由两个分量表组成。因子负荷为0.68~0.86;结构效度良好,其中自伤意念形成量表:χ^(2)/df=1.555;RMSEA=0.069;GFI=0.937;IFI=0.974;TLI=0.955;CFI=0.973。自伤意念程度量表:χ^(2)/df=1.456;RMSEA=0.062;GFI=0.914;IFI=0.972;TLI=0.955;CFI=0.971;两个分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为0.79和0.86。结论:本研究编制的青少年非自杀性自伤意念量表有较好的信度和效度。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of non-suicidal self-injury ideation among Chinese adolescents,to develop a non-suicidal self-injury ideation scale suitable for Chinese adolescents,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The interview outline was formulated through literature analysis and expert discussion.Fourteen respondents were selected for one-on-one semi-structured interviews.The interview texts were qualitatively analyzed using MAXQDA software to determine the items of the initial scale.A total of 556 questionnaires were collected through online and offline channels,and the results were subjected to item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and internal consistency reliability test.Results:The adolescent non-suicidal self-injury ideation scale had 24 items and consists of two subscales.The factor loading was 0.68-0.86;The construct validity was good,including the self-injury ideation formation scale:χ^(2)/df=1.555;RMSEA=0.069;GFI=0.937;IFI=0.974;TLI=0.955;CFI=0.973,the self-injury ideation degree scale:χ^(2)/df=1.456;RMSEA=0.062;GFI=0.914;IFI=0.972;TLI=0.955;CFI=0.971.The Cronbachαcoefficients of the two subscales were 0.79 and 0.86 respectively.Conclusion:The adolescent non-suicidal self-injury ideation scale compiled in this study has good reliability and validity.
