摘要
N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)是一种广泛应用于脱硫系统的吸收剂,其运行过程中会发生氧化降解而生成热稳定盐(HSS)。HSS在系统中长期积累会导致设备腐蚀,增加胺液消耗,降低脱硫效率,进而影响产品气质量。因此,脱除胺液中的HSS对脱硫系统高效稳定运行具有重要意义。采用电渗析技术对某石化企业非临氢系统进行脱HSS应用分析。研究结果显示:在10对均相离子交换膜片和15 V电压的操作条件下,HSS质量分数从2.3%减少到0.5%,HSS脱除率高达78%;体系内含量较高的硫氰酸根和硫代硫酸根的脱除率分别达到91%和70%;胺液中各阴离子质量浓度均低于500 mg/L;同时MDEA的损耗也相对较少;HSS每脱除1 t,所需平均能耗为1927.93 MJ,产生浓盐水约25 t,远低于其他技术。采用电渗析法脱除胺液中HSS,不仅降低了能耗还减少了废水排放量,在节能减排方面具有明显优势。
N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)is an absorbent widely used in desulfurization system.During its operation,it will be oxidized and degraded to form heat stable salt(HSS).The long-term accumulation of HSS in the system will lead to equipment corrosion,increase amine consumption,reduce desulfurization efficiency,and then affect the quality of product gas.Therefore,the removal of HSS from amine solution is of great significance to the efficient and stable operation of desulfurization system.The application of electrodialysis technology in the non hydrogen system of a petrochemical enterprise was analyzed.The results show that under the operating conditions of 10 pairs of homogeneous ion exchange membranes and 15 V voltage,the mass fraction of HSS is reduced from 2.30% to 0.46%,and the removal rate of HSS is as high as 78%;the removal rates of thiocyanate and thiosulfate with high content in the system reached 91% and 70%,respectively;the mass concentrations of anions in amine solution were lower than 500 mg/L;at the same time,the loss of MDEA is relatively small;for each ton of HSS removal,the average energy consumption is 1,927.93 MJ,and about 25 tons of concentrated brine is produced,which is far lower than that of other technologies.Using electrodialysis to remove HSS from amine solution not only reduces energy consumption but also reduces wastewater discharge,which has obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction.
