摘要
针对天然气净化厂脱硫系统可能存在的腐蚀问题,在对国内外有关资料分析、净化厂现场调研以及实验室试验的基础上,提出了降低设备和管线腐蚀的综合性防腐措施。这些措施主要包括:严格按照标准规范选材,主要设备采用20R等低碳钢或低合金钢,在一些易于发生腐蚀的部位采用 1Cr18Ni9Ti等不锈钢;设备加工完后进行热处理;采用机械过滤、活性炭过滤和热稳定性盐脱除相结合的方式对脱硫溶液进行过滤分离,使溶液保持清洁;防止氧气进入系统;必要时加入缓蚀剂。
In view of those impossible corrosive problems in the desulfurization system of gas purification plant in Northeast Sichuan, which contains sour gas with high content of H2 S, and based on the domestic and foreign information analysis, the scene investigation and the laboratory experiment, this paper puts forward many comprehensive anti - corrosion measures to reduce the corrosion of the equipments and the pipelines. Those measures mainly include; firstly, choose appropriate materials strictly according to standard; secondly, apply the low carbon steel such as 20R, or low alloy steel on the primary equipments; thirdly, apply stainless steel such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti on the spots easy to corrode; fourthly, carry the heat treatment after the equipment processes; fifthly, filter and separate the desulfurization solution by integrating mechanical filtration, active carbon filtration and removal the thermostble salts to keep the solution clean; sixthly, prevent the oxygen from entering the system; and finally, add the corrosion inhibitor when requirement.
