摘要
介绍了湿硫化氢损伤、胺腐蚀、胺应力腐蚀开裂、H_2S-CO_2-H_2O型腐蚀等腐蚀类型,并根据典型的脱硫工艺流程,结合不同部位的腐浊类型,对脱硫装置的吸收系统、贫富液换热系统以及溶剂再生系统的主要设备与管道的腐蚀及其选材进行了探讨。
Corrosion types of wet hydrogen sulftide attack, amine corrosion, amine stress corrosion cracking and H2S-CO2-H2O corrosion etc. were introduced. Based on the typical process flow of desulfurization unit and corrosion types at different parts, corrosion and material selection for equipment and pipes of absorption system, lean/rich liquid heat exchanging system solvent regeneration of the desulfurization unit were explored.
