摘要 胺液在长期循环使用过程中均存在一定的热降解、化学降解和氧化降解,它们对溶液的脱硫效率、发泡倾向和腐蚀性均有很大影响。其中由于氧化降解产生的降解产物—热稳定盐(HSS)对设备腐蚀、溶液发泡等影响尤为严重,因此要保持天然气净化装置长周期稳定运行,必须要采取有效措施以保持溶液清洁。本文通过重庆天然气净化总厂引进美国MPR公司的胺液净化装置在四个分厂的应用情况,讨论了离子交换技术脱除胺液中的热稳定盐的应用效果,提出了运行过程中的一些问题和建议。 Heat degradation, chemical degradation and oxidation degradation, which bring out great effect on desulphurization efficiency and foaming tendency of amine solution as well as corrosion on construction materials, occur during the long-term recycle in amine system. The degradative product-HSS due to oxidation degradation brings more serious effect on the corrosion of construction materials as well as the amine solution foaming tendency. In order to keep the plant long-term stable running, effective measurement must be taken to keep amine solution clean. According to the application of MPR in four amine purification plants, the effectiveness of using ion-exchange technology to remove HSS in amine solution was discussed. Some problems existed during running were put forward, some advice was given.
