抗生素的大量使用虽然可提高畜禽养殖生产效率,但也带来耐药性提高、药物残留和环境污染等诸多问题。文章介绍了当前应用较广泛的抗生素替代品,包括植物提取物、益生菌与益生元、抗菌肽、酶制剂和免疫调节剂等,阐述其作用机制、应用效果及存在的不足,并进一步探讨其未来发展趋势。指出技术创新、产业政策支持和市场需求的扩大,将推动抗生素替代品在畜禽养殖中的进一步推广应用。
Although the extensive use of antibiotics has improved the production efficiency of livestock and poultry farming,it has also brought many problems such as drug resistance,drug residues,and environmental pollution.The widely used antibiotic alternatives were introduced,including plant extracts,probiotics and prebiotics,antimicrobial peptides,enzyme preparations,and immunomodulators,and their mechanisms of action,application effects,and existing shortcomings were elaborated;its future development trends were explored,and the technological innovation,industrial policy support and market demand expansion promoting the further promotion and application of antibiotic alternatives in livestock and poultry breeding were pointed out.
