摘要
为了探讨复合微生态制剂不同添加剂量对断奶仔猪生长性能与腹泻率、盲肠与粪便微生物、免疫功能的影响,将150头断奶仔猪随机分成5组(对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组),对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg、800 mg/kg的复合微生态制剂。结果显示:Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组与对照组相比较,平均日增重、平均日采食量、盲肠乳酸杆菌数、盲肠双歧杆菌数、粪便乳酸杆菌数、粪便双歧杆菌数、脾脏指数、IgG含量、IgA含量、IL-2含量、IL-4含量、IFN-γ含量均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率、盲肠大肠杆菌数、粪便大肠杆菌数均显著降低(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组相比较,盲肠乳酸杆菌数、IgG含量均显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05)。说明断奶仔猪基础日粮中添加复合微生态制剂能够提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善肠道微生物菌群平衡,提高免疫功能,以400 mg/kg作为临床应用的最适添加剂量。
To study the effect of different dosage of compound microecological preparation on growth performance,diarrhea rate,cecum and fecal microorganism,immune function of weaned piglets,150 weaned piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group,groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣ).The piglets in the control group were fed with basic diet,and 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg compound microecological agents were added to the basic diet of groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣrespectively.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain,average daily intake,number of lactobacilli in cecum,number of bifidobacteria in cecum,number of lactobacilli in feces,number of bifidobacteria in feces,spleen index,IgG content,IgA content,IL-2 content,IL-4 content,IFN-γcontent in groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣall significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio,diarrhea rate,number of Escherichia coli in cecum and Escherichia coli in feces significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅡand groupⅣ,the number of lactobacilli in cecum and IgG content in groupⅢsignificantly increased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results showed that the growth performance,diarrhea rate,balance of intestinal microflora and immune function of weaned piglets could be improved by adding compound microecological preparation to the basic diet of weaned piglets,400 mg/kg was the optimal dosage for clinical application.
