摘要
为了解赤水河流域各段与酱香型白酒核心产区的气候相似度以及核心产区近年来的气候变化情况,科学规划产业在赤水河流域的发展,本研究提取了二十四节气气温、相对湿度、风速特征值,采用特征值提取、欧氏距离计算、主成分分析等方法,计算各站点及茅台镇各年度的气候相似度。研究表明,各站点平均气温二合段、同民-元厚段与茅台镇相似度最高,沙滩段次之,赤水段相似度相对最低;最高气温、日最低气温、气温日较差二合-元厚段相似度最高,葫市-赤水段相似度相对最低;相对湿度二合段相似度最高,元厚-葫市段、赤水段相似度相对最低;平均风速中华-二合段相似度最高,元厚-葫市段相似度相对最低;茅台镇2023年二十四节气日平均气温、日最高气温、气温日较差与多年平均最接近,2018年日最低气温、平均风速与多年平均最接近,2020年相对湿度与多年平均最接近;二合-同民段与茅台镇的二十四节气气候综合相似度最高,元厚-赤水段相似度相对最低;茅台镇2018年、2020年、2023年二十四节气综合气候较为接近多年平均,有利于酱香型白酒生产,2021年与多年平均非相似度较高,不利于酱香型白酒生产。
In order to understand the climate similarity between each section of the Chishui River Basin and the core production area of Jiangxiang Baijiu,and the climate change in the core production area in recent years,the eigenvalues of temperature,relative humidity and wind speed of the 24 solar terms were extracted,and eigenvalue extraction,Euclidean distance calculation,principal component analysis and other methods were used to calculate the climate similarity of each station and Maotai Town in each year.The similarity of the average temperature between each station:the Erhe section,the Tongmin-Yuanhou section and Maotai Town were the highest,followed by the Shatan section,and the Chishui section was the lowest.The similarity of highest temperature,daily minimum temperature,and daily temperature difference:the Erhe section was the highest,and the Hushi-Chi-shui section was the lowest.The similarity of relative humidity:the Erhe section was the highest,and the Yuanhou-Hushi section and the Chishui sec-tion was the lowest.The similarity of the average wind speed:the Zhonghua-Erhe section was the highest,and the Yuanhou-Hushi section was the low-est.The average daily temperature,highest daily temperature,and daily temperature difference of Maotai Town in 2023 were the closest to the multi-year average;the lowest daily temperature and average wind speed of Maotai Town in 2018 were the closest to the multi-year average;the relative hu-midity of Maotai Town in 2020 was the closest to the multi-year average.The comprehensive similarity of the 24 solar terms climate between the Er-he-Tongmin section and Maotai Town was the highest,while the similarity between the Yuanhou-Chishui section and Maotai Town was the lowest.The comprehensive climate of the 24 solar terms in Maotai Town in 2018,2020,and 2023 was relatively close to the multi-year average,which was conducive to the production of Jiangxiang Baijiu.The dissimilarity between 2021 and multi-year average was the highest,which was not conducive to the production of Jiangxiang Baijiu.
