摘要
在分析乡村振兴战略对乡镇档案管理工作带来新要求、新影响的基础上,深入阐述了乡镇档案管理在支撑乡村产业发展、传承保护优秀传统文化、助力乡村治理体系现代化等方面的新使命。针对新形势下乡镇档案管理工作面临的挑战,提出了转变观念、加强队伍建设、创新方式方法等对策建议。强调要立足乡村振兴需求,切实提升乡镇档案管理的科学化、信息化、标准化水平,充分发挥档案在服务农业农村现代化中的基础性、战略性作用。
Based on the analysis of the new requirements and influences brought by the rural revitalization strategy to the management of township archives,this paper elaborates in depth on the new missions of township archives management in supporting the development of rural industries,inheriting and protecting excellent traditional culture,and assisting in the modernization of the rural governance system.In response to the challenges faced by the township archives management work under the new situation,countermeasures and suggestions such as changing concepts,strengthening team building,and innovating methods and approaches have been put forward.It is emphasized that based on the demands of rural revitalization,the scientific,information-based and standardized levels of township archives management should be effectively enhanced,and the fundamental and strategic role of archives in serving the modernization of agriculture and rural areas should be fully leveraged.
