摘要
新时代是指中国特色社会主义进入新时代,而资产评估行业正处于这样新的历史方位中。资产评估行业在新时代中国特色社会主义发展下的基本遵循包括坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,具备“引领时代”的精神风貌和奋斗姿态,重视人才以发挥全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性和战略性作用,这三点都需要培养一支高素质专业化的资产评估师队伍去实现。因此,本文期望从专业化提升动因分析、项目负责之路、大型项目统领、独立精神形成、规则制定和人才素养结构六个方面,深入探讨新时代高素质专业化资产评估师的素养结构与发展路径,最后以“行业自有后来人”为总结,以期为资产评估师和资产评估行业高质量发展提供参考。
The new era refers to the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,and the asset appraisal industry is currently in such a new historical position.The basic principles of the asset appraisal industry in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era include adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,possessing the spirit and attitude of"leading the times",and attaching importance to talent as the fundamental and strategic role in comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.All three of these require the cultivation of a high-quality and specialized team of asset appraisers to achieve.Therefore,this article aims to explore in depth the competence structure and development path of high-quality professional asset appraisers in the new era from six aspects:analysis of the driving forces for professional improvement,the path of project responsibility,the leadership of large-scale projects,the formation of independent spirit,rule making,and talent competence structure.Finally,the conclusion is"the industry has its own successors",in order to provide reference for asset appraisers and the high-quality development of the asset appraisal industry.
