摘要
档案资料的编研工作是档案基础工作与档案利用工作的桥梁,是档案信息开发利用的一种高级形式,是档案馆业务建设中的一个重要组成部分。其基本指导思想是:立足馆藏,以现实需要为主,兼顾长远,主动服务于党和国家以及本地区的中心工作。通过编研工作,可以使许多鲜为人知的档案史料公布于众,扩大档案馆的社会影响;通过编研,也可使一些不系统、较零散的档案更加系统化、条理化。
The compilation and research of archival materials serve as a bridge between the foundational work and the utilization of archives.It represents an advanced form of archive information development and utilization,and is a crucial component of the business construction of archives.The core guiding principle is to base efforts on the collection,prioritize current needs,consider long-term goals,and actively support the central tasks of the Party,the state,and the region.Through this process,many lesser-known archival materials can be made public,enhancing the social impact of the archives.Additionally,it helps to systematize and organize some previously unstructured and scattered archives.
