采煤机电液控制系统信号传输故障影响分析

摘要 采煤机电液控制系统是确保设备安全高效运行的关键。但是,在采煤机电液控制系统应用中存在控制器与传感器布线不规范导致信号串扰、电液转换环节绝缘老化和系统抗干扰设计不足等问题。针对这些问题,提出了优化电气信号系统、改进电液信号转换和增强抗干扰设计的解决方案。采用多尺度信号分解和自适应滤波处理干扰,引入三重冗余和2取3表决逻辑。实际应用验证,改进方案显著提升了信号传输稳定性,减少了设备停机时间,提高了采煤机运行可靠性和生产效率。 The electro-hydraulic control system of coal mining machines is crucial for ensuring safe and efficient operation.However,in the system application,there exist problems such as signal crosstalk caused by non-standard wiring of controllers and sensors,insulation aging in electro-hydraulic conversion components,and inadequate anti-interference design.To solve these problems,solutions are proposed,such as optimizing electrical signal systems,improving electro-hydraulic signal conversion,and enhancing anti-interference design.Multi-scale signal decomposition and adaptive filtering are implemented,along with triple redundancy and“2-out-of-3”voting logic.Practical application verifies that the improved scheme significantly enhanced signal transmission stability,reduced equipment downtime,and improved the operational reliability and production efficiency of coal mining machines in harsh environments.
