摘要
文章以液压支架为研究对象,聚焦液压系统中安全阀动态性能的新标准,分析液压支架液压系统中安全阀的原理及结构组成,开展安全阀动态特性仿真实验,基于AMEsim软件构建液压支架液压系统模型,设置模型参数,深入分析先导阻尼孔、插装阀弹簧刚度、插装阀芯质量、插装阀溢流孔径、搭合量对安全阀动态特性的影响,以期为相关人员提供参考。
This paper takes the hydraulic support as the research object,focuses on the new standards for the dynamic performance of the safety valve in the hydraulic system,analyzes the principles and structures of the safety valve in hydraulic support's hydraulic system,carries out simulation experiment of the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve,builds the hydraulic support's hydraulic system model based on AMEsim software,sets the model parameters,and analyzes the influence of the pilot damping orifice,the spring stiffness of the cartridge valve,the mass of the cartridge valve core,the overflow orifice diameter of the cartridge valve and the overlap amount on the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
