摘要
为解决综采工作面采煤机与液压支架运行协同能力差的问题,文章以马兰矿18509综采面为工程背景,设计了一种基于液压系统的采煤机与支架协同控制系统,将遗传算法和神经网络相结合,对采煤机与支架协同控制进行优化,以实现精准移架和伸护帮动作。结果表明,采用协同控制技术可以提高移架精准度,减少移架间距偏差,大幅提升综采工作面的生产运行效率。
In order to solve the problem of poor operation coordination ability of shearer and hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face,this paper designs a kind of cooperative control system of shearer and support based on hydraulic system with the 18509 fully mechanized mining face in Malan Mine as the engineering background,and optimizes the cooperative control of shearer and support by combining genetic algorithm and neural network,so as to realize the actions of precise movement of support and the extension of face guard.The results show that the use of collaborative control technology can improve the accuracy of support movement,reduce the deviation of support movement spacing,and greatly improve the production and operation effi ciency of fully mechanized mining face.
