摘要
实验室能力比对作为评价检测机构技术能力的客观手段,在食品安全检测质量控制中具有重要作用。本文探讨了实验室能力比对在食品检测领域的应用现状,分析了当前能力验证计划中存在的主要问题,如比对项目设置不合理、样品稳定性控制不足、结果评价标准不统一、参与机构积极性不高等,针对这些问题提出了优化比对样品制备技术、建立分层分类的评价体系等对策,旨在提高实验室能力比对的科学性与有效性,为食品检测质量控制提供可靠保障,进而提升食品安全监管水平。
Laboratory capability comparison serves as an objective means to evaluate the technical capabilities of testing institutions and plays a crucial role in food safety quality control.This study explores the current application status of laboratory capability comparison in the field of food testing,analyzes the main issues present in current proficiency testing programs,such as unreasonable comparison project settings,insufficient sample stability control,non-uniform result evaluation standards,and low enthusiasm among participating institutions.In response to these issues,strategies are proposed to optimize the preparation techniques for comparison samples and establish a stratified and categorized evaluation system.The aim is to enhance the scientific rigor and effectiveness of laboratory capability comparisons,providing reliable assurance for food testing quality control,thereby improving the level of food safety supervision.
