摘要
目的 考察集团下各实验室植物提取浓缩液中六六六农药残留测定的实验室检测能力。方法 以植物提取浓缩液为基质,β-六六六、δ-六六六为目标物,采用基质添加的方式制备比对样品,经均匀性、稳定性验证,采用稳健统计技术的算法A计算稳健平均值和稳健标准偏差,以Z比分数为依据评价植物提取浓缩液中六六六农药残留测定的实验室检测能力。结果 比对样品的均匀性、稳定性检验结果均满足要求,植物提取浓缩液中六六六农药残留检测满意率为100%,参加的实验室检测能力良好。结论 和能力验证相比实验室间比对具成本低、组织方便的优点,是能力验证活动的有效补充。
Objective To investigate the laboratory detection capability of the determination of hexachlorocyclohexane pesticide residues in plant extract concentrates of various laboratories under the group.Methods Using plant extract concentrate as the substrate,β-hexachlorocyclohexane andδ-hexachlorocyclohexane was used as the target substance,and a comparison sample was prepared by adding a matrix.After uniformity and stability verification,robust statistical algorithm A was used to calculate the robust mean and robust standard deviation.The laboratory detection ability of hexachlorocyclohexane pesticide residues in plant extract concentrate was evaluated based on the Z-ratio score.Results The uniformity and stability test results of the comparison samples meet the requirements,and the satisfaction rate of the detection of pesticide residues in plant extract concentrate is 100%.The participating laboratories have good detection capabilities.Conclusion Compared with proficiency testing,inter laboratory comparisons have the advantages of low cost and convenient organization,making them an effective supplement to proficiency testing activities.
