摘要
伴随时代持续发展,我国对专业技能型人才的需求量不断递增,这促使中职学校在人才培养过程中,必须持续优化教学内容、革新教学评价体系及其他相关方面。通过这些举措,全面提升学生的综合素质,确保他们具备适应社会发展所需的能力。文章首先对中职装备制造类专业教学质量评价体系建设的应用价值进行分析,然后从全面性、可行性、多样性这三个方面,探讨了中职装备制造类专业教学质量评价体系建设的原则,最后从忽视教学评价、评价方法滞后、评价体系不全等方面,阐述了中职装备制造类专业教学质量评价体系建设过程中面临的问题,并提出了中职装备制造类专业教学质量评价体系建设的要点及其方式,希望以此为业界同仁起到一定的参考作用。
With the continuous development of the times,the demand for professional and skilled talents in China is increasing,which prompts secondary vocational schools to continuously optimize the teaching content,innovate the teaching evaluation system and other related aspects in the process of talent training.Through these measures,the overall quality of students will be comprehensively improved and the ability to adapt to social development will be ensured.This paperfirst analyzes the application value of the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system of secondary vocational equipment manufacturing majors,and then discusses the principles of the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system of secondary vocational equipment manufacturing majors from the three aspects of comprehensiveness,feasibility and diversity,andfinally expounds the problems faced in the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system of secondary vocational equipment manufacturing majors from the aspects of ignoring teaching evaluation,lagging evaluation methods and incomplete evaluation system.It also puts forward the key points and methods of the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system of secondary vocational equipment manufacturing majors,hoping to play a certain reference role for colleagues in the industry.
