人性化管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨妇产科护理管理中针对护理人员实行人性化管理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月临沂市兰山区人民医院妇产科的17名护理人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月实行常规护理管理,设为参考组;2023年1—12月实行人性化管理,设为观察组。比较两组护理人员的护理质量、工作压力、管理满意度。结果观察组护理质量、管理满意度评分高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理专业与工作方面、时间分配与工作量、工作环境与仪器设备、患者护理方面、管理与人际关系的工作压力评分为(7.84±0.81)分、(7.61±0.85)分、(4.26±0.40)分、(13.41±0.79)分、(11.09±0.67)分,低于参考组的(13.46±1.08)分、(12.89±1.21)分、(6.77±0.82)分、(21.93±1.81)分、(18.52±1.34)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=17.469,14.722,11.343,17.787,20.448;P均<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理中实行人性化管理有利于临床护理质量的提升,减轻护理人员的工作压力,提高护理人员对管理满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of implementing humanized management for nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods A total of seventeen nursing staff in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Depart-ment of Linyi Lanshan District People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Routine nursing management was implemented from January to December 2022(reference group),and human-ized management was implemented from January to December 2023(observation group).The nursing quality,work pressure,and management satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The nursing quality and management satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work pressure scores of the observation group in nursing professionalism and work,time allocation and workload,work environment and equipment,patient care,and management and interper-sonal relationships were 7.84±0.81,7.61±0.85,4.26±0.40,13.41±0.79,and 11.09±0.67,which were lower than 13.46±1.08,12.89±1.21,6.77±0.82,21.93±1.81,18.52±1.34 of the reference group,differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=17.469,14.722,11.343,17.787,20.448;all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing humanized management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management is conducive to improving clinical nursing quality,reducing the work pressure of nursing staff,and increasing their satisfaction with management.
