摘要
目的分析精细化管理在麻醉管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月临沂市兰山区人民医院手术麻醉科在职的20名麻醉护士,2023年1—10月实施常规管理作为对比组,2023年11月—2024年6月实施精细化管理作为研究组。比较两组护士的麻醉管理水平及管理满意度。结果研究组麻醉护士管理水平高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组管理满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于对比组的60.00%(12/20)。结论在麻醉管理工作中实施精细化管理,有利于提高护士麻醉管理能力,预防不良事件发生,其管理满意度高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of fine management in anesthesia management.Methods Twenty anesthesia nurses in the Department of Surgical Anesthesiology of Lanshan District People's Hospital in Linyi City from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.The routine management from January to October 2023 was used as the control group,and the fine management from November 2023 to June 2024 was used as the study group.The anesthesia management level and management satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The management level of anesthesia nurses in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 60.00%(12/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.656,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management in anesthesia management is conducive to improving nurses'anesthesia management ability,preventing adverse events,and has high management satisfaction.
