聘用护士职业压力与工作业绩的相关性研究 被引量:27

摘要 目的了解聘用护士职业压力程度及其与工作业绩的相关性。方法采用工作压力源量表和自行设计的护士工作业绩量表对189名聘用护士进行调查。结果聘用护士工作压力总分为2.02±0.97,属中度压力程度,列前10位的压力源为工资和其他福利待遇低等。聘用护士工作业绩总分为2.24±0.61,列后10位的为具有科研能力、有技术小革新和小发明等。其总工作压力与总工作业绩呈显著负相关(P<0.01),除勤与护理专业和工作方面、能与管理及人际关系方面、绩与工作环境及资源方面无关外,其它职业压力与工作业绩呈显著负相关(均P<0.01)。结论聘用护士职业压力与工作业绩有较大的关联性,各级主管部门对聘用护士的使用和管理要做到规范化、人性化、合理化,建立长效、公平的激励措施,使聘用护士坚定专业信心,从而稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。 Objective To examine the relationship between the occupational stress and work performance in contracted nurses. Methods A total of 189 contracted nurses were investigated by using a self-designed work performance scale and an Chinese Nurse Work Stressor Scale. Results The average score of the occupational stress was 2.02±0.97. which was at a middle level. The average score of work performance was 2.24±0.61. There was a negative correlation between the occupational stress and work performance (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The occupational stress and work performance are highly related. The management should make effort to remove main work stressors, establish longterm and fair incentive system in order to maintain the confidence and commitment of nurses thereby improve the quality of nursing care.
