“完整的人”:智能时代职普融通的人学使命 被引量:6

"Whole Persons":The Humanistic Mission of Integrating Vocational Education and General Education in the Age of Intelligence

摘要 职普融通事关教育强国建设和人的全面和谐自由充分发展,涉及教育要素和个体主体双重向度的解放诉求。不同于机械时代对物的依赖中形成的普职分离,智能时代的技术变革重塑着教育主体间的关系定位,蕴含着职普融通培养“完整的人”的历史必然。智能时代职普融通指向具有全面工作能力和生活品质的“完整的人”,涵盖了天性、心性、个性三个方面,其教育价值表现为承认人、满足人与解放人的本质特征。智能时代培养“完整的人”,是对职业教育和普通教育双向融通的期冀和呼唤,应成为一种向善的、理性的教育行动,在超越教育类型定位的基础上承认天性,在汇聚数字化教育力量的基础上满足心性,并在优化教育纵横结构的基础上解放个性。 The integration of vocational education and general education concerns the development of a leading country in education and the all-round,harmonious,free and full development of people,and involves the liberationoriented demands of both educational elements and individual subjects.Unlike the separation of general education and vocational education formed in the mechanical era due to the reliance on objects,the technological changes in the age of intelligence reshape the relationship between educational subjects,and contain the historical inevitability of cultivating"whole persons"through the integration of vocational education and general education.In the age of intelligence,the integration of vocational education and general education aims to cultivate"whole persons"(in nature,character and personality)with all-round abilities to work and the quality of life.Its educational value lies in such essential features as acknowledging,satisfying and liberating human beings.In the age of intelligence,the cultivation of"whole persons"reflects an expectation for the bidirectional integration of vocational education and general education.This should become a virtuous and rational educational action.We need to acknowledge individuals'nature based on transcending the positioning of educational types,satisfy their character based on gathering the power of digital education,and liberate their personality based on optimizing the vertical and horizontal structures of education.
