摘要
高职专业目录与职业分类目录的谱系图在时间维度上体现出特定的变迁趋势与特征,二者均在回应特定时空下经济社会发展的现实诉求中进行着动态变化与调整,并呈现出紧密的关联性。为消解高职专业设置过程中出现的专业设置同质性、人才培养单面性、人才培养环境封闭性等实践困境,应处理好国家宏观层面专业制度设计与院校自主性发挥、专业设置统一性与专业特色建设等关系,同时,要加强专业群建设,促进群内专业交叉融合,不断提升我国高职院校专业设置的科学性。
The pedigree diagrams of the specialty catalogue and occupational classification catalogue of higher vocational colleges reflect specific trends and characteristics of changes in the time dimension.Both of them are dynamically changing and adjusting in response to the realistic demands of economic and social development in a specific time and space,and it shows a close correlation.In order to eliminate the practical dilemmas of the homogeneity of specialty settings,the unilateral nature of talent training,and the closedness of the talent training environment in the process of specialty setting of higher vocational colleges,the design of the national macro-level specialty system and the autonomy of the colleges and universities should be dealt with.The relationship between consistency and the construction of specialty characteristics should be considered.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of specialty groups,promote cross-integration of specialties within the group,and continuously improve the scientific nature of the specialty settings of higher vocational colleges in China.
