摘要 建设教育强国,龙头是高等教育,关键是坚持高等教育分类发展。技能型高校是统筹职业教育、高等教育与继续教育协同创新发展的重要组成部分,是推动教育强国建设的新型力量。建设教育强国过程中首先要明确技能型高校的角色定位。技能型高校是构建产教融合的职业教育体系的关键节点,是构建自强卓越的高等教育体系的重要基石,是构建泛在可及的终身教育体系的强力引擎。在教育强国建设中,实现技能型高校的基本功能,需要加强制度建设,夯实技能型高校的独立类型地位;强化“五金”建设,提升关键办学能力;优化共生协同机制,构筑技能型高校的支持系统。 Building a leading country in education is led by higher education,and the key is to insist on the development of higher education in a classified manner.Skill-oriented colleges and universities are an important part of the synergistic and innovative development of vocational education,higher education and continuing education,and are a new type of force to promote the building a leading country in education.In the process of building a leading country in education,the role of skill-oriented colleges and universities should first be clarified.Skill-oriented colleges and universities are the key nodes for building a vocational education system that integrates production and education,the important cornerstone for building a self-improving and excellent higher education system,and the powerful engine for building a ubiquitous and accessible lifelong education system.In order to achieve the basic functions of skill-oriented colleges and universities in the construction of a strong educational country,it is necessary to strengthen the institutional construction and consolidate the independent status of skill-oriented colleges and universities;to strengthen the construction of‘hardware’and enhance the key school-running capacity;and to optimize the mechanism of symbiosis and synergy and construct the support system of skill-oriented colleges and universities.
