智能时代技术赋能职普融通的底层逻辑、实践限度与优化路向

The Underlying Logic,Practical Constraints,and Optimization Directions of Technology⁃Empowered Integration of Vocational and General Education in the Intelligent Era

摘要 智能时代的到来促使新一轮科技革命全面重塑产业发展格局,成为影响我国各项事业转型发展的关键因素。由既往机械化时代形成的职普教育分轨独立的状态不再适应当前智能时代的新要求,亟须推动技术赋能下的职普融通新突破。基于技术合理性、技术规范性、技术有效性和技术理想性四个维度的探察,发现技术赋能能够重塑职普融通定位、升级职普融通手段、提高职普融通效能,并变革职普融通生态。但在现实层面,技术赋能职普融通的过程仍然受到本体限度、价值限度与伦理限度的制约。为引导智能时代职普融通的高质量发展,应明确技术赋能的方向,坚守以人为本的职普融通定位;重塑技术赋能的功效,形成系统高效的职普融通秩序;优化技术赋能的架构,形塑通畅有序的职普融通空间。 The advent of the intelligent era has prompted a new round of technological revolution to comprehensively reshape the industrial development landscape,becoming a key factor influencing the transformation and development of various sectors in China.The previously segregated system of vocational and general education,formed in the mechanical age,no longer meets the new requirements of the current intelligent era.There is an urgent need to promote new breakthroughs in the integration of vocational and general education empowered by technology.Based on an examination of four dimensions-technical rationality,technical normativity,technical effectiveness,and technical ideality-it is found that technology empowerment can reshape the positioning,upgrade the methods,enhance the efficiency,and transform the ecosystem of the integration of vocational and general education.However,in practice,the process of technology⁃enabled integration remains constrained by ontological,value⁃based,and ethical limitations.To guide the high⁃quality development of the integration of vocational and general education in the intelligent era,it is essential to clarify the direction of technology empowerment and adhere to a human⁃centered positioning,reshape the efficacy of technology empowerment to establish a systematic and efficient order,and optimize the framework of technology empowerment to create a smooth and well⁃structured space for integration.
