摘要
竹节参属于五加科人参属植物,以根茎入药。竹节参化学成分主要为三萜皂苷类,其中齐墩果烷型皂苷含量最高,除此之外还有甾体、多炔、糖类等。药理作用研究表明竹节参具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保肝等作用。文章收集整理国内外相关文献并对竹节参的化学成分、药理活性和临床应用进行了综述,以期为竹节参的深入研究提供参考。
Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.belongs to the genus Panax in the family,and its rhizome is used as medicine.The chemical constituents of P.japonicus are mainly triterpene saponins,among which oleanane saponins have the highest content,steroids,polyalkynes,sugars and so on.Pharmacological studies have shown that P.japonicus has anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,liver protection and other effects.In this paper,the relevant literature at home and abroad was collected and the chemical composition,pharmacological activity and clinical application of P.japonicus were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the further research.
