针刺百会和风池穴对神经性皮炎模型大鼠中枢神经递质影响研究 被引量:14

Effect Research of Acupuncturing Baihui and Fengchi on the Neurotransmitter of Central Nervous System of Rat Based on the Rat Neurodermatitis Model

摘要 目的:研究针刺百会、风池穴对神经性皮炎模型大鼠中枢神经递质影响。方法:采用局部皮肤摩擦刺激与慢性轻度不可预见性的应激方法相结合制备神经性皮炎大鼠模型,在造模成功的基础上,给予针刺百会、风池穴,采用ELISA法检测组织上清液中ACH、NE和5-HT含量。结果:模型组大鼠下丘脑中ACH含量明显升高,而NE和5-HT含量则明显降低,与正常组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);经治疗后,各治疗组大鼠下丘脑中ACH含量明显降低,NE和5-HT含量则有不同程度的升高,与模型组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过治疗前后中枢递质水平含量的改变,我们可以推测出针刺百会、风池穴能够调控中枢神经递质水平,是其治疗神经性皮炎的作用机制之一。 Objective:To research the effect of acupuncture which was given at Baihui and Fengchi on the neurotransmitter of central nervous system of rat based on the rat neurodermatitis model. Methods:Combine the powerful stimulation by rubbing the part of skin with chronic unpredictable stress(CUMS)to build a rat neurodermatitis model. Based on the successful model,acupuncturing Baihui and Fengchi,testing the content of ACH,NE and 5-HT in the clear liquid of tissue by ELISA method. Results:In the model group,the content of ACH in hypothalamus of rat increased obviously,while,the content of NE and 5-HT decreased obviously,compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). After the acupuncture treatment,the content of ACH in hypothalamus of rat decreased obviously,while the content of NE and 5-HT increased more or less,compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion:The change of content of central neurotransmitter pre and post treatment shows that acupuncture which was given at Baihui and Fengchi can treat neurodermatitis through regulating the content of central neurotransmitter.
