摘要
科教融汇在新时代教育中发挥着推动教育改革、提升教育质量和培养创新人才等重要作用。金融学专业的科教融汇实践案例已较为丰富,但科教融汇理念在科研训练中的应用尚显不足,金融学专业本科生科研训练面临着课程体系设置与科研能力培养脱钩、科研意识和创新精神不足、科教资源和科研参与供需矛盾突出等问题。通过优化课程设置、丰富教学内容,构建产教研平台、强化协同机制,提升师资力量、建立科研团队,营造良好的科研氛围与学术环境,建立有效的激励机制与反馈机制等路径,科教融汇能够提升金融学专业本科生的科研能力。
The integration of pedagogy and research plays a vital role in advancing educational reform,improving teaching quality,and fostering innovative talents in the new era.While finance discipline has seen substantial practical cases of such integration,its application in research training remains underdeveloped.Finance major undergraduates face challenges including misalignment between curriculum design and research skill development,insufficient research awareness and innovative thinking,and imbalances in resource allocation and research participation.To address these issues,enhancing pedagogy-research integration can strengthen students'research competencies through multiple pathways:optimizing curricula and enriching teaching content,building industry-teaching-research collaboration platforms,strengthening coordination mechanisms,improving faculty capacity and research teams,cultivating a robust research culture and academic environment,and establishing effective incentive and feedback systems.
