摘要 新质生产力发展是依靠创新驱动来实现生产力跃迁的动态过程。拔尖创新人才在推动新质生产力发展过程中起着关键引领作用,如何培养新质生产力发展所需的拔尖创新人才是当前亟待解决的问题。科教融汇与拔尖创新人才培养之间的理论和实践关联性,与新质生产力发展之间的逻辑一致性,对新质生产力发展所需拔尖创新人才培养向度的涵盖性使其成为解决这一问题的方法论。科教融汇的战略性、协同性、贯通性要求在拔尖创新人才培养过程中充分挖掘科研资源,重视技术融入优势;凝聚共同体核心价值,形成教育合力协同育人;建构基于创新的贯通培养模式,以科学家精神引领之。 The development of new quality productive forces is a dynamic process of realizing the transitional leap of productivity driven by innovation.Top-notch innovative talents play a key role in leading and promoting the development of new quality productive forces.How to cultivate top-notch innovative talents needed for the development of new quality productive forces is an urgent problem to be solved.The theoretical and practical correlation between the integration of science and education and the training of top-notch innovative talents,the logical consistency with the development of new quality productive forces,and the coverage of the training of top-notch innovative talents needed for new quality productive forces make it the methodology to solve this problem.The strategic,collaborative and coherent nature of the integration of science and education requires the full exploitation of scientific research resources in the training process of top-notch innovative talents,emphasizing the advantages of technology integration,condensing the core values of the community,forming the educational synergy,and constructing the collaborative cultivation mode based on innovation,and leading the way with scientist spirit.
