如何造就拔尖创新人才?——人文社科类学术型硕士研究生科研参与影响因素的质性研究 被引量:1

How to Cultivate Top-notch Innovative Talents?——A Qualitative Study on Factors Influencing Scientific Research Participation of Academic Master's Degree Students Majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences

摘要 科研参与既是提升硕士研究生科研能力的重要途径,也是培养拔尖创新人才的必由之路。以重庆某“双一流”建设高校为研究个案,通过目的性抽样和滚雪球抽样选取2名科研负责人、4名硕士研究生导师、8名硕士研究生进行深度访谈,结果发现:从对人文社科类学术型硕士研究生科研参与的影响出发,导师指导是基础性因素;个人投入是关键性因素;学校资源是保障性因素;制度设置是支撑性因素。人文社科类学术型硕士研究生科研参与存在导师指导欠缺,学生科研获得感偏低;学校支持薄弱,学生科研参与途径有限;学生学术志趣淡薄,科研投入不足等问题。解决这些问题需要引导师生交流合作,拓宽科研参与途径;提供丰富学术资源,加强科研支持力度;端正科研动机,构建研学共同体。 Participation in scientific research is an important way to improve the scientific research ability of master's degree students,which is also a necessary path to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.Taking a“double first-class”university in Chongqing as a case study,two research leaders,four master's supervisors and eight master's students were selected for in-depth interviews through purposive sampling and snowball sampling.Through the interviews,it was found that mentor guidance is the basic factor affecting master's students'participation in scientific research;personal input is the key factor affecting master's students'participation in scientific research;university resources are the guarantee factor affecting master's students'participation in scientific research.The problems of master's degree students'participation in scientific research include:lack of guidance from supervisors and low access to scientific research;weak support from institutions and limited accesses for students to participate in scientific research;weak academic aspirations of students and insufficient investment in scientific research.To solve these problems,it is necessary to guide teachers and students to communicate and cooperate,and broaden the channels for participating in scientific research,provide abundant academic resources and strengthen the support for scientific research,correct the motivation for scientific research and build a community of research and study.
