摘要
无底柱分段崩落法应用于缓倾斜中厚矿体时,常导致大量的矿石残留于下盘,分析下盘残留矿石的各影响因素,对于合理布置采矿工程,提高矿石的回收率具有重要的指导意义。本文在综合考虑散体的流动性、矿体条件、采场结构参数的基础上,基于离散元研究了散体自然安息角、矿体倾角、矿体厚度、分段高度、出矿口尺寸对下盘残留矿石的影响。研究结果表明,影响下盘残留矿石的各因素由主到次的顺序为矿体倾角、自然安息角、矿体厚度、分段高度和出矿口尺寸,其中自然安息角、矿体厚度、分段高度与下盘残留矿石呈正相关,矿体倾角与下盘残留矿石呈负相关,并且当自然安息角大于矿体倾角时,下盘残留矿石随着自然安息角与矿体倾角之间差异程度的增加而显著增大。
When the sublevel caving method is applied to gently inclined and medium thick orebody,it often results in a lot of footwall residual ores.The analysis of the influence factors of footwall residual ore has a great guiding significance for the reasonable arrangement of mining engineering and improvement of ore recovery.On the basis of considering the flowability of granular material,the condition of the orebody and the structural parameters of the stope,researching the effects of natural repose angle,orebody dip angle,orebody thickness,sublevel height and drawpoint size on footwall residual ores by discrete element.The results show that the factors influencing the footwall residual ores are the orebody dip angle,natural repose angle,orebody thickness,sublevel height and drawpoint size that order by influence degree.The natural repose angle,orebody thickness,and sublevel height are positively correlated with the footwall residual ores,and the orebody dip angle is negatively correlated with the footwall residual ores.And when the natural repose angle is greater than the orebody dip angle,the footwall residual ores increase significantly with the increase of the difference between the natural repose angle and the orebody dip angle.
