摘要
城市更新是推动城市可持续发展的重要战略举措。国有企业作为城市更新的主导力量,在推动城市大范围更新改造、基础设施建设等方面发挥了积极作用。本文以中国交建为例,梳理了企业在2010-2023年期间参与的片区城市更新投资项目情况,分析了企业参与城市更新的业务布局、投资模式等投资策略以及存在的问题,并针对性地提出了投资策略建议,以期为企业投资管理提供参考。
Urban renewal is important strategic actions to carry out urban sustainable development.State-owned enterprises,as the leading force in urban renewal market,have played an active role in large-scale urban renewal,infrastructure development,etc.This paper,taking China Communication Construction Co.,Ltd.as an example,sorts out the large-scale urban renewal projects that it has participated in during the period of 2010 to 2023.It analyzes the urban renewal investment strategies including spatial arrangements,investment modes,etc.,clarifies questions of its investment arrangement.It also contrapuntally proposes investment suggestions,hopes to provide reference for the enterprises in urban renewal market.
