摘要
城市文化源于一个城市的历史传承和积淀。由于城市文化具有多样性,因此定义比较模糊。本文阐述并分析了城市文化所包含的内容和城市文化的政策。通过研究英国在城市复兴中发挥城市文化的功能作用,作者认为城市文化对城市复兴有积极的促进和推定作用,但这一过程中需要因势利导。本文还提出了解决我国老城区以文化为导向的复兴改造的策略。
Urban culture initiates from urban historical heritages and accumulation. Because of the diversities of city culture,there is not specific definition. This paper tries to explain and analyze the contents of urban culture and its policy. Through study of urban culture in the regeneration process in UK,the authors argue that urban culture is able to provide active functions in urban regeneration and renewal with appropriate guidance. Several strategies of culture-led regeneration and renewal have been proposed for further discussion.
