摘要
为进一步提升高校公共体育教学改革效果,该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨OBE理念下高校公共体育课程改革的实施路径,为培养具有终身运动能力与健康生活方式的时代新人提供理论支撑与实践方案。研究认为,应确立以学习成果为核心的教学目标体系,强化学生体能与技能的全面发展,促进终身体育意识与习惯的养成,遵循成果导向、学生中心、持续改进的原则,提出重构模块化课程群、创新混合式教学模式、建立“过程+成果”评价模型、搭建课内外一体化实践平台及融入信息化教学等实操策略。
In order to further improve the effect of public physical education teaching reform in colleges and universities,this paper adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to explore the implementation direction of public physical education curriculum reform in colleges and universities under the concept of 0BE,and provides theoretical support and practical solutions for training new generations with lifelong sports ability and healthy lifestyle.The research suggests that a teaching goal system with learning outcomes as the core should be established to strengthen the comprehensive development of students'physical fitness and skills,promote the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness and habits,and adhere to the principles of outcome orientation,student-centered and continuous improvement.It puts forward some practical strategies such as reconstructing modular curriculum group,innovating mixed teaching mode,establishing evaluation model of"process+outcome",building practice platform of integration inside and outside class and incorporating practical strategies such as information-based teaching.
