数字化背景下“职校”教师数字素养培育:逻辑框架与实现路径

摘要 作为职业教育数字化转型中的关键群体,“职校”教师数字素养培育是数字化背景下推动职业教育高质量发展的重要着力点,也是推动职业教育内涵式发展的内在要求;“职校”教师数字素养培育要把握正确的行动逻辑,始终把握立德树人根本方向、坚持科学的教育发展理念、落脚于办好人民满意教育;以此为指引,总结“职校”教师数字素养培育路径,即提升数字认知与主体意识、推动数字素养与教学能力协同发展、创造优质数字化氛围等。 As a“key group”in the digital transformation of vocational education,the cultivation of digital literacy of vocational school teachers is an important focus to promote the high-quality development of vocational education under the digital background,and an inherent requirement to promote the conformal development of vocational education.The cultivation of digital literacy of vocational school teachers should grasp the correct logic of action,always grasp the fundamental direction of moral cultivation,adhere to the scientific concept of education development,and focus on the satisfaction of people's education.As a guide,the paper summarizes the cultivation path of vocational school teachers'digital literacy,that is,improving digital cognition and subject consciousness,promote the development of digital technology cooperation,create a high-quality digital atmosphere.
