摘要
职业教育是与普通教育同等重要的教育类型,优化职业教育类型定位是推进职业教育高质量发展的内在要求。优化职业教育类型定位,须厘清职业教育发展的基本问题,要解决好职普协调背景下中职教育的定位问题,明确中职教育升学与就业兼顾的双重职能,推进职业教育与普通教育协调发展;要解决好职业教育高质量发展背景下高职教育的发展问题,着力推进就业创业教育,加大职业教育培训,持续强化高职教育内涵建设;要解决好现代职业教育体系建设背景下本科层次职业教育的建设问题,完善治理政策保障机制,构建校企协同育人新格局,切实增强职业教育办学质量以进一步提升其服务经济社会发展的能力。
Vocational education is an equally important type of education as general education,and optimizing the positioning of vocational education type is an inherent requirement for promoting high-quality development of vocational education.To optimize the positioning of vocational education type,we must clarify the basic issues of vocational education development.First,solve the positioning problem of secondary vocational education under the background of coordination between general education and vocational education.In specific,it requires to be aware of the dual functions of secondary vocational education in both further education and employment,promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and general education.Second,address the development issues of higher vocational education under the background of high-quality development of vocational education.It needs to focus on promoting employment and entrepreneurship education,increasing vocational education training,and continuously strengthening the connotation construction.Third,address the construction problem of undergraduate vocational education under the background of modern vocational education system construction.It requires to improve the governance policy guarantee mechanism,construct a new pattern of school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation,and effectively enhance the quality of vocational education in order to further improve its ability to serve the economic and social development.
