摘要
该文分析了城市更新背景与现状,剖析了实践创新能力在城市更新中的重要性,探索了城市更新需求下土建类研究生创新能力培养路径,提出了基于实践的创新能力培养模式,设计了实践创新能力培养资源配置架构,结合实际案例,为培养具备实践创新能力的土建类研究生提供参考和借鉴,为城市更新领域人才培养提供理论支持和实践指导,推动土建类研究生在城市更新中发挥更大的作用。
This article analyzes the background and current situation of urban renewal,the importance of practical innovation ability in urban renewal,explores the path of innovation ability cultivation for civil engineering graduate students under the demand of urban renewal,proposes a practice based innovation ability cultivation model,designs a resource allocation framework for practical innovation ability cultivation,and combines practical cases to provide reference and guidance for cultivating civil engineering graduate students with practical innovation ability.It also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for talent cultivation in the field of urban renewal,and promotes civil engineering graduate students to play a greater role in urban renewal.
