摘要
在“双一流”建设的大背景下,地质工程专业研究生的创新能力培养需紧密贴合国家发展战略与行业需求,明确树立旨在培养具备国际视野、创新精神及卓越实践能力的高层次专业人才的目标。该文以华北水利水电大学地质工程专业为例,从优化课程体系与教学内容、改革教学方法与手段、加强师资队伍建设、完善考核评价机制和促进交流与合作五个方面入手,探讨“双一流”建设背景下构建与探索研究生创新能力培养的有效模式。研究成果不仅对该校地质工程专业研究生创新能力的培养具有指导意义,同时也为其他院校工科专业学生的创新能力培养提供宝贵的参考与借鉴。
Under the background of the construction of"First-rate Universities and Disciplines",the cultivation of innovative ability of geological engineering graduate students should closely match the national development strategy and industry demand.It aims to cultivate high-level professionals with international vision,innovative spirit and excellent practical ability.Taking Geological engineering major of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power as an example,this paper discusses the effective mode of constructing and exploring the cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability under the background of double-first-class establishment,starting from five aspects:optimizing the curriculum system and teaching content,reforming teaching methods and means,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism,and promoting exchanges and cooperation.The research results not only have guiding significance for the cultivation of innovation ability of the graduate students of the geological engineering major of the university,but also provide valuable reference for the cultivation of innovation ability of engineering majors in other universities.
