摘要
当前,为了提高综合国力、实现高质量发展,社会对创新型人才的需求日益增加。硕士研究生作为未来经济建设的重要力量,除了掌握专业知识,更要具备相应的创新能力。因此,通过“政产学研用”“五位一体”的育人模式培养硕士研究生的创新能力,要围绕现有的研究基础,结合协同创新视域下存在的问题提出相应的改进措施,为完善现有育人体系提供新思路。
Currently,in order to enhance comprehensive national strength and achieve high-quality development,the demand for innovative talents in society is increasing day by day.As an important force in the future economic construction,master's students not only need to master professional knowledge,but also possess corresponding innovative abilities.Therefore,to cultivate the innovative ability of master's students through the“five in one”education model of“government,industry,academia,research and application”,corresponding improvement measures should be proposed based on the existing research foundation and the problems existing in the collaborative innovation perspective,providing new ideas for improving the existing education system.
