教学实践技能竞赛视域下新时代护理职业教育“双师型”青年教师培养路径研究 被引量:1

Research on the Training Path of“Dual Teacher”Young Teachers in Nursing Vocational Education in the New Era from the Perspective of Teaching Practice Skills Competition

摘要 当前职业院校引进青年教师的数量逐年增加,但多数青年教师为毕业就入校工作,缺乏临床实践工作经验,在教学中还存在一些不足。该文立足教学实践技能竞赛视角,探讨了护理职业教育“双师型”青年教师教学能力现状与职业发展存在的问题,提出了“双师型”青年教师培养的具体路径和可行性建议,为切实抓好新时代护理职业教育高水平“双师型”青年教师队伍建设工作提供借鉴。 The number of young teachers introduced into vocational colleges has been increasing year by year,but most young teachers have graduated and started working on campus,lacking clinical practice experience,and there are still some shortcomings in teaching.This article is based on the perspective of teaching practice skills competition,exploring the current situation of teaching ability and career development difficulties of“dual teacher”young teachers in nursing vocational education.Specific paths and feasible suggestions for the training of“dual teacher”young teachers are proposed,providing reference for the construction of a high-level“dual teacher”young teacher team in nursing vocational education in the new era.
