摘要
目的:探索构建多元化护理高职教育质量评价体系及提升路径。方法:应用SERVQUAL模型,构建护理高职教育质量评价量表,分析影响护理高职教育质量的主要因素。针对主要影响因素提出“1.5年学院+1.5年教学医院学徒制”的培养路径进行教育改革。通过问卷调查对教育改革前后毕业生的考核成绩、就业情况、知识技能水平及满意度等进行评价。结果:实施教学改革后,高职护理专业毕业生在就业情况、技能水平及满意度等方面均明显提高。结论:医教协同背景下护理高职教育教学改革措施对护理教育质量的提升效果明显,为深化医教协同背景下探索提升高职护理专业教育质量、培养应用型护理人才提供参考。
Objective:To explore the construction of a diversified quality evaluation system and improvement path for higher vocational nursing education.Methods:The SERVQUAL model was applied to construct the quality evaluation scale of higher vocational nursing education.The main factors influencing the quality of higher vocational nursing education were analyzed.For the main influencing factors,the training path of"1.5⁃year college+1.5⁃year teaching hospital apprenticeship system"was proposed for educational reform.The assessment scores,employment situations,knowledge and skill levels,and satisfaction of graduates before and after the educational reform were evaluated through questionnaires and interviews.Results:After the implementation of teaching reform,graduates majoring in nursing in higher vocational colleges had significantly improved in terms of employment situation,skill level and satisfaction.Conclusions:The reform measures of higher vocational nursing education and teaching under the background of medical⁃educational collaboration had a significant effect on improving the quality of nursing education.It could provide a reference for exploring the improvement of the quality of higher vocational nursing education and the cultivation of applied nursing talents under the background of deepening the medical⁃educational collaboration.
