摘要
随着我国经济与社会的不断发展,对复合型、技能型和应用型高素质护理人才的培养要求与需求愈发迫切。因此,必须进一步深化职业教育教学改革,特别是加强“双师型”护理教师队伍的建设。文章通过对“双师型”护理教师培养现状的分析,以期为我国“双师型”教师的培养和队伍建设提供参考与借鉴。
With China's ongoing economic and social development,there is an increasing demand for highly qualified,versatile,and skilled nursing talent.This requires further reform of vocational education,especially by strengthening the development of dual-teacher nursing faculty teams.This paper analyzes the current status of dual-teacher training,aiming to provide insights and guidance for dual-teacher training and team-building in nursing education in China.
